Welcome to Highland Dru Yoga!
Dru is a graceful yet powerful form of yoga, based on soft flowing movements, focused breathing and visualisation. Its unique feature is that it is accessible to everyone and will help you to improve your strength and flexibility, focus your mind and find your centre or ‘still point’ through flowing postures and sequences. Dru is deeply relaxing, rejuvenating and fun!
In my class you will experience
- Activations to warm up the body
- Energy block release sequence or EBRs, to clear blockages along subtle pathways in the body
- Postures that target specific muscle groups and chakras
- Breathwork to energise you
- Relaxation to settle your system and totally relieve stress.
